Room Accomodations

We have three very attractive rooming options for conference participants who elect to stay at the university:

  •  One bedroom apartments
  • Super single bedrooms
  • Shared bedrooms

We have been fortunate to secure housing with special conference rates in the Alcala student apartment complex. This beautiful hilltop setting overlooks the University, San Diego Bay and the ocean and is a ten minute walk from our meeting rooms. A shuttle service will be available for those who require  transportation.

We have three very attractive rooming options for conference participants who elect to stay at the university:

  • One bedroom apartments. There are a limited number - 5 - of these for couples on a first come first served basis.  Each comes with two twin beds, a bathroom, kitchen and a sitting room.
  • Super single bedrooms. Each of these single occupancy bedrooms comes with two twin beds and has its own separate bathroom. They share a sitting room and kitchen with one other similar bedroom.
  • Shared bedrooms. For attendees wishing to hold down costs, we have a shared room option.  The rooms are the same as the super single bedrooms listed above, but will have two occupants, each with their own twin bed who will share the space and bathroom.  The two occupants will have access to the kitchen and sitting area which they share with the adjoining bedroom.

Because the rooms are University property, guests staying in student housing will have an additional saving as they will not be charged the 7.75% California sales tax.

The University holds us responsible to collect room rental payments from our participants and pay the University directly before the conference Attendees who wish to stay in student housing will need to reserve and pay for their rooms at the time of registering for the conference.

Annual Conference

Our theme this year - Finding inner strength, connection and opportunity in times of crisis is particularly apt given the challenges all of us are facing.  We’re adapting to the Corona-challenge by moving this year’s conference to an e-format via Zoom. We are compressing our agenda into three days, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, August 7 - August 9, making it easier to fit into people’s schedules.

Csp E-community

These meetings take place weekly on Friday's from 12 noon to 3PM, Pacific Daylight Time.  We generally have around 14 people attending from around the US and the world.  The purpose is to allow attendees to feel Community and Support as we Encounter with one another. The meeting is open to all CSP members, as well as to others who the members may recommend. An online Zoom meeting.

PCA International

Antonio Santos is hosting a weekly PCA International Zoom meeting, which is held on alternating Saturday and Sunday mornings at 6AM Pacific Daylight Time. This start time accommodates the needs of attendees who are spread across the globe.  The meeting runs for two hours, and is well attended by members of the International PCA Community - CSP and others.
