I want a sense of my own being, a sense of becoming, a sense of happenings that live through me. I want to be at home in the world, spontaneous, whole of self and mutually whole.

As a partner in Conflict Transformations I work with people in their organizational lives to find new ways for them to deal with conflict, morale, leadership, quality of work, creativity and accountability.

Right now I'm working on a project to make complete transcriptions of certain videos of Carl Rogers and client interviews. Subtitles in various languages will be added to the videos.

I serve as Co-Director of the La Jolla Program and on the faculty of several colleges. I write poetry and thoughtful psychology-social science. I’ve edited print video products. Right now poems continue to run through me and I’m at work on a play, a revision of my world-construction, Old Man Dreams.
